People to People European Odyssey journal, 01/01/07

1. People to People is a program that promotes peace and understanding. It was started with the idea of spreading peace one person at a time. It is also an educational experience that allows you to learn about other cultures and experience things you wouldn't otherwise.

2. "Ambassadorial Behavior" is being respectful to all adults and important people, and calling them by their formal names unless told otherwise. It means not picking fights and being respectful of other people and their feelings and opinions. It means being able to quietly and maturely solve your problems with other people. It means keeping your cool around people who you might find annoying or who might be your arch enemy. I means using your common sense and knowing the difference between right and wrong. But most importantly, it means remembering that everything you do abroad will be seen and judged by someone and that as a Student Ambassador, you want to leave the best impression possible.
